Kiltimagh Remembered is a collection of books by Basil Burke which chronicle historical events from Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo, Ireland and the surrounding areas from the Nineteenth Century until recent times. The books remember many of the people, events, places and businesses which combined to shape our lives down through the years with hundreds of historical photographs. The first volume was launched in November 2009, followed by the second in June 2010 with more editions anticipated in the near future.

Basil Burke is a native of Kiltimagh, who worked abroad during a long and successful career in England, Europe and the Middle East. Retiring home to Kiltimagh, he has devoted his time to researching, collecting and writing material for the Kiltimagh Remembered series of books, to a very positive public response.
